Leather Colors and Thread Colors

Leather Colors and Thread Colors

To make selecting leather colors and thread colors when ordering (reasonably) simple, we have provided an option for a Body Color and a Reinforcement Color.  The Body and Reinforcement can be left natural or dyed a solid color.  The body and reinforcement DO NOT have to be the same colors.  I can also apply airbrushed accents to the edges of each piece.

For example, you may wish to have a Saddle Tan body with Dark Brown Airbrushed Accents, with a Dark Brown Reinforcement with Black Airbrushed Accents.  Or a Black body with Natural reinforcement…  The choice is yours!

If there is some specific color variation you’d like to use on your holster (while still using the basic colors listed above), include your request in the comment box and I’ll be happy to see what I can do to fullfill your request (note that some options may incur an additional charge).

Thread Color:

We sew all our holsters with size 277, durable, bonded hi-strength American Efird nylon thread and offer the following colors for you to fine-tune your holster order to your liking.

In the past we had an option for White thread.  The vast majority of our customers choose Natural thread instead of White thread, and truth be told, once the holster is completely assembled and finished, it’s very hard to tell the difference between White and Natural thread.  Thus, we’ve decided to simplify things on our end a bit and remove the White option from our order form.
