From the Adams family to yours, Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!
It seems most people know us for our leather holsters for concealed carry, but we also make leather journal covers, coasters, as well as a few other misc. things. Here’s a few items we recently wrapped up for last minute Christmas orders. The first is a journal cover (actually a prayer journal) for my daughter. She’s been asking me to make her something for quite a while. It’s pretty simple, but I think it came out nice. But most importantly, she absolutely loves it!
The following is a small batch of coasters I made for a family member. I couldn’t decide if I wanted the letter “A” recessed, or raised, so I did both. And I wasn’t quite sure how I wanted to decorate it, so I just just did a series of swivel cuts in a couple different ways, then antiqued it.
Here’s another set of coasters for another family member. These are all stamped and decorated the same. Oh yeah, I’m not sure I’ve mentioned this anywhere on my site (so much to do, so little time!!), but I’m starting to make all my coasters double-layered so they’re more sturdy and durable. This helps them sit flatter as well.
I’ve never made one of these before, but this is my first attempt at a laptop sleeve. It was made to fit a Macbook Pro 17″ laptop. All I had to go by was the dimensions from the Mac website. Fortunately, it fit just right on the first attempt because it took about 12 hours to make… It’s lined with pig skin suede.
This is another hand-drawn floral patterned journal cover. I really enjoy doing the hand-drawn designs on these covers. No matter how hard I try, no two of these ever come out exactly alike.
