If you’ve recently purchased one or more of our patterns, I hope you found the process easy to navigate & understand and without any problems or technical difficulties. However, I know some people have had a couple problems accessing their files for one reason or another – hopefully this page will be of some assistance if you encounter any difficulties accessing your files.
When purchasing a pattern, the shopping cart system should allow you to complete the purchase either with or without an account on our website. We are currently setup to accept PayPal or Check or Money Order.
As soon as your payment is processed by the PayPal system (usually the purchase goes through almost instantly) you should receive an email from “Adams LeatherWorks” with a link to download your file(s) from our website. The subject should contain “[Adams LeatherWorks] Your order” or “[Adams LeatherWorks] Order Complete/Download Links“, depending on if you create an account or not on our website.
Check or Money Order
Once we’ve received your check and your check has been processed and funded by our bank, we will manually mark your order as “completed” which will send you an email from “Adams LeatherWorks” with a link to download your file(s) from our website. The subject should contain “[Adams LeatherWorks] Your order” or “[Adams LeatherWorks] Order Complete/Download Links“, depending on if you create an account or not on our website.
From time to time, our emails may get caught in our customer’s spam filters. If you never received an email with a link to download your files, please be sure to check your spam filter for an email from “Adams LeatherWorks“. The subject should be “[Adams LeatherWorks] Your order“.
If you’ve checked your spam folder and you know for certain you did not receive an email from us after submitting your order, please login to our website with the login information you provided when you created your account on our website and verify you entered the correct email address. If you purchased with a “guest” account, please contact me via our Contact Us page to check the status of your purchase.

IMPORTANT: Please be sure to select “Save File” to save the file locally to your computer for future use. With each pattern purchase, you will be granted 5 downloads. After the 5th download attempt, the shopping cart will automatically remove your access to the file and you will no longer be able to download the file.
When printing your patterns, I recommend you use the free Adobe Reader application – you probably already have it – but there are many other free PDF viewers capable of opening and printing PDF files. Please make certain you select the “Actual size” option so your pattern will print to the correct scale.
