How do I access my Videos / Patterns / Tutorials
We have been having issues with download links being successfully sent to customers. If you have purchased a digital PDF pattern and did not obtain a link, either in your email receipt or on the Orders or Downloads page, please contact me and I will manually email your file(s) as soon as possible.
Why are the videos so slow?
My videos are hosted by Amazon’s S3 content storage and distribution service. I figure if it’s good enough for Netflix, it’s good enough for me. That being said, Netflix has quality settings that automatically switch quality based on your current internet available bandwidth, so they can stream low quality video if/when necessary. I don’t currently have different quality settings to choose from, so everything you watch is being streamed at the maximum quality setting. So, some videos may take a little longer to buffer. I have a 15 Mbps internet connection, and it’s always been plenty fast for me to watch the videos during my neighborhood’s peak usage times (meaning I’m not getting anywhere close to 15 Mbps).
